Welcome here.

About Me:

I pay attention to the little details and love thinking big picture. I put hard work and imagination into everything I do and am constantly astonished by everything.

Writing:

I earned a BFA in Creative Writing from the University of Victoria and went on to work in animation and film, taking on various roles, from assisting to producing to writing. I’ve published work with The Malahat Review, The Martlet, Megaphone Magazine, The Coastal Spectator, and more. I’ve edited novels, grant proposals, newsletters, theses, screenplays, and creative treatments.

Expressive Art:

I’m also an Expressive Art Therapist with my own private practice. I studied at the Vancouver School of Expressive Arts Therapy and have experience working with children, adults, people who speak English as a second language, and people with cognitive disabilities. My specialty is using writing in a group workshop format to encourage creativity and personal growth.
